What are the priorities? This doesn't address all the requirements for 1.0 release, but are we able to define where to start? What are the decisions that would affect other decisions? We have limited capacity, so let's define what to focus on.

Once all issues related to 0.1 are addressed, we shall see the backlog list and define the next row of priorities for 0.2 and walk towards 1.0 in a wise fashion.
