For some installations, if they had already stored 65000 expiry index entries for the old health check data, simply setting the expiry time to the start of epoch isn't enough to fix the health check for them since it already has 65000 entries and start of epoch would be another entry, exceeding the max inode links.
Simply changing the test data preimage fixes this becauese it will be stored at a different hash.
