As discussed in #10435 - this adds issue type (
issueType) functionality to anonymous reporting, allowing certain actions to be taken by the GitHub bot to automatically fix certain CSS issues. This should also limit the amount of issues with no real information regarding each specific report.Important: Not to be merged yet, adding textarea validation to the general issue currently. Feel free to look at and review the code.
