Ombi Request stuck in 'Processing Request' #1995
Comments
+1 here. Exactly same setup as OP and version. I also deleted the Omni.db file and 'started over' and nothing has changed. |
@tidusjar. This might be the same issue I was having g that I mentioned on Discord. If you look at the error in the logs above that is the same foreign key error I'm receiving anytime that EP cacher runs and always at the same spot. |
Can you guys try the latest version. |
latest version worked for me! |
I will pull the newest version when I get home in about an hour and a half and report back. Thank you for the fast response and improvements! |
I dont believe this fixed my issue, I am now on version 3.0.2906 (updated via docker), added a new movie and waited for it to finish. Here are my logs for the new run
Should I wipe the entire container and folder and try a clean install? |
default settings dont trigger a plex match until 20mins after the hour, i would change the job settings to something lower to test with |
Well shhhhheeeeetttt.... that might explain some things! Lol. I saw that "jobs" link and never clicked it... stupidly assuming it was like "click here to see if Omby is hiring". It looks like it follows crontab syntax. |
yeah, i added a tool that can decipher the defaults properly, the original one posted didnt work for me. hopefully you'll just need to wait another 11 mins for 20 mins after the hour and see if it worked :p |
Unfortunately, that still did not show any changes. I did run the Cacher manually, (I think i know what that does?) Im just curious to see what the issue on my end could be if it worked for you lads. Again, id be happy to provide anything I can to better this app and the community that supports it. |
@bcpletcher from the log it seems like it doesnt have a good connection to your plex. did you go to your settings and test the connection and get your apitoken also? |
and the items are added in radar properly when you request and approve? next step is to make sure nzbdrone factory settings are not pointing to your completed download folder |
Wasn't drone factory deprecated a long time ago? |
it was, gotta make sure that folder is completely empty or not pointed to completed download folder. sorry didnt read whole thread. so right now everything downloads fine, moves to right folders. its just ombi not marking as available for you? |
I changed all the jobs to run every 5 minutes. Waited 10 minutes. TV shows still not showing as available (but they are). |
RIght now I am adding as Admin, which auto approves any requests made by myself. It adds to Radarr fine and pushes to Plex correctly with the right metadata after download. Correct, Ombi just doesnt mark it as available in the Requests Tab, but if I re-search it, it does show as available in the Search Tab. To add to that, Radarr shows the item is Downloaded as well |
mm sorry not quite too sure then, i was having the full flow issue, got everything fixed up until the mark as available part. updating to the beta 3.0.2906 build solved that issue for me. |
What version are you showing as "latest v3 build"? |
No worries, Im sure this information still is beneficial to @tidusjar . I am on the most recent version that was pushed today 3.0.2906 |
Just thought id provide an update, did a clean install (wiped everything including folder) and still receive the same issue |
I'm also on 3.0.2906. Movies (Radarr) update. TV (Sonarr) never do. |
Sorry for the constant updates. After the cronjob ran, My movies are updating. I cant speak for TV Shows tho, since I haven't tested with those yet. |
Mine also seems to be working. Thank you! |
@suckerfish TV too? (specifically Sonarr + Plex, hopefully) |
There is still an outstanding issue that I am aware of that I am fixing next
|
@bcsteeve yes tv too. Sonarr plus Plex. |
Ombi build Version:

Ombi Applicable Logs (from
/logs/
directory or the Admin page):Problem Description:
Ombi successfully sends movie to Radarrr, Radarr downloads the movie and imports to Plex. Ombi does not change status to available and remains at 'Processing Request' I can even search for that specific movie in Ombi after and it tells me it is available on Plex, however the Requests Tab is not updating.
Reproduction Steps:
Restarted Ombi, Radarr, and Plex docker container and made sure all were updated to most recent version.
Added a new movie never downloaded before and got the same results.
Manually ran the Plex Cacher but nothing seemed to be affected.
Please advise if I can give any more information to help sort this issue out, i will be happy to help.
