First OpenWRT 23.05.3 release - #85

• Built using OpenWRT 23.05.3 SDK and Image Builder released by OpenWRT
• Confirmed working:
  • Boot
  • WiFi AP, WiFi STA
  • Ethernet networking
  • USB and SD Card storage
  • I2C
  • GPIO
• Not yet working: anything that requires customization and patching on build system. Pending Onion-customized SDK and Image Builder - see OnionIoT/openwrt-buildsystem-wrapper#24
  • Pin multiplexing with omega2-ctrl utility
  • Hardware PWM
  • Device tree overlay functionality
  • NodeJS
