Adds Doom mod SIGIL II to port collection

Did one full playthrough, only bugs I found are crashes on save under certain circumstances, appears to be an issue with prBoom in general as it can be replicated on other .WADS

For smoother experience on MM+ its recommended to drop FPS cap to 40 in game settings or drop internal resolution to 320x200p in retroarch menu.

Gamma correction in game menu also helps greatly with this .WAD

Not sure practices on editing other _required_files.txt so left the other Doom1 ports alone.

It looks perfect, thank for the centering of the cover, it was the only detail to fix 👍🏻
