set soft-errors to true by default for Sentinel-1

Sentinel-1 has a lot of products with corrupt metadata, causing failure.
It's better to set soft-errors to true by default, so that users do not have to learn about this setting to be able to get successful jobs.

We can also consider putting a mention about soft-errors in the exception message.

This of course requires clear documentation.
