Allow users to define the environment variable "CSHARP_POST_PROCESS_FILE" to post process Ruby files generated by C# generators, e.g.
export CSHARP_POST_PROCESS_FILE="/usr/local/bin/uncrustify --no-backup" && export UNCRUSTIFY_CONFIG=/path/to/uncrustify-rules.cfg
