Left side bar does not automatically collapse

Description

When you unfold the left side bar to have the text matching the icons, the rest of the window does not adapt and it masks some of the main window's content.

Moreover, if you change of service on the left the bar will collapse automatically (i.e. you change between reports and entities), but if inside a service you change of tab at the upper left, it does not collapse (i.e if in the service "reports" you change from the "all reports" tab to the "internal reports" tab)

Environment

1. Ubuntu 16.4
2. OpenCTI 1.0.0
3. OpenCTI client: frontend

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario: window masking

1. Go to the "reports" service (good exemple because there is a lot of data)
2. Click on the small arrow to unfold the left window with the text matching the services icons
3. The left window masks the rest of the page

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario: window not collapsing

1. From the "all reports" main tab and with the left window open, change to the "external sources" tab at the top left.
2. The left window does not collapse and is still masking the text.

Expected Output

Maybe having the main central window resize itself when the left pannel is unfold.
Always automatically collapse the left pannel when changing tabs.

Actual Output

Window is masking the text and does not always collapse automatically
