Problem to Solve

To make data persistent on a Docker deployment, ElasticSearch and Grakn data should be in Docker volumes.

Current Workaround

None.

Proposed Solution

Update the documentation with the information about how to make Grakn and ElasticSearch persistent.

None.

The documentation about the Docker deployment now explains how to persist data for ElasticSearch and Grakn.
