For the NRGI frontend, we have a simple test that counts the occurences of <div and </div NRGI/resourceprojects.org-frontend@7f1587c

I'm hoping there's something more comprehensive and general that we can do instead

I think maybe I should take this one, because I added W3C validation to Cove's travis tests - see OpenDataServices/cove@3a7c8de
