Added CalculateActiveTime class to update an channel like a time counter, if the update methode is called with true (if the corresponding devic, channel, or something else is active).
CalculateActiveTime: Adjust a few things in the calculation and handling of a not active parameter.

Implemented a controller for all heat pumps that are using the SG-Ready standard i.e. have the SG-Ready-Label.

The heat pump is controlled via two Relay contacts, according to the grid active power and the user settings.
