This allows the same word used in MD to be used in MAP (nasty seg-fault otherwise).

Feature or improvement description
This allows the use of the keyword
fixedin addition to the wordfixfor denoting a fixed node. The wordfixedis used in MoorDyn, so this allows some cross-compatibility in the node list sections of both MD and MAP input files.Related issue, if one exists
