Upgrade Notes

GeoBlacklight-Schema now uses JSON rather than XML. XML can still be indexed and used, but GeoCombine will convert other formats to GeoBlacklight-Schema in JSON.

Moves the default directory for cloned OpenGeoMetadata repositories
