Purpose
This PR fixes the julia code generation for linearization and the generated julia code will be used to directly fetch
matrix A, B, C and Dto speed up the linearization process, Also this PR uses the simulation executable to perform the linearization and also avoid recompilation of model to improve the performance of linearization
