Temporarily drop Debian / Ubuntu Support #198

In order to get v1.0.0 out (something that we really need to do) we will drop support for Debian installs as it's causing a lot of issues with some of the latest features. In the future (potentially 1.1.0) we will look at re-integrating Debian support back in.

Tasks

  • Remove Debian support from documentation (or at least strike through with comment that we had to drop it for v1.0.0)
  • In main build.sh check if we're not on CentOS and display error message.
