If you've tested this under Windows, did you install Redis with https://redis.io/docs/latest/operate/oss_and_stack/install/install-redis/install-redis-on-windows/ or is there some easier way?

I used my Azure instance to test it. You may be able to run Redis docker image locally and connect to it. |
