This is an initial release for Hydra (1.7) compatibility. Tech, navies, and political parties should be restored. There's still a lot of jank, particularly around decision and events. Let me know of any bugs you encounter.
As well, I've updated the readme to have a link to the development version. That version will always be the most up to date, so it's best to try it out if you encounter a bug. I may have already fixed it!
And as always, more help (programming, analysis, data files) would be appreciated!
