Battle for the Bosporus release

This release brings us to full compatibility with Battle for the Bosporus. It has also added many features to military and commander conversion, along with a few other nice-to-haves.

Can specify country leaders for easier custom conversions

Leftover regiments add their equiment to the stockpile
Unit voices applied based on culture

La Resistance release

This release brings us to full compatibility with La Resistance. Along the way it fixed many lingering scripting issues, with lots of little tweaks for your enjoyment.

This is an initial release for Hydra (1.7) compatibility. Tech, navies, and political parties should be restored. There's still a lot of jank, particularly around decision and events. Let me know of any bugs you encounter.

As well, I've updated the readme to have a link to the development version. That version will always be the most up to date, so it's best to try it out if you encounter a bug. I may have already fixed it!

And as always, more help (programming, analysis, data files) would be appreciated!
