This application were created for purpose of browsing images which comes from ip-cameras.
There is a bunch of scripts in moviemaker/bin for managing entries about images and movies from all cameras.
Every Camera object in db holds information about image file and time of creation of this image.
ImageFiles are periodical (or on demand)  cached into .flv movie files. 
Information about this movies are hold in MovieCacheFile db objects.
