  • improved cross-dataset joins
    • array_index is ignored, and kept for each dataset as long as it is not redundant (e.g., always 0)
  • improved handling of duplicate fields
    • new search syntax: '{dataset}/{field}' in ML and CS
    • improved handling of duplicate fields in CS queries (based on the new search syntax)
  • can import CS directly from pheno_utils
  • can add fields for CS to load alongside ones that are used for filtering rows
