DoublePrecisonandNoKindSuffixto their own categories, as these rules are mostly about avoiding accidental loss of precision and ensuring real kinds are explicit and consistent. This is fairly opinionated linting, so this category is a good candidate for being left out of the default set, and users should instead have to opt in (#33).
