Having [`astropy.units`](...) works fine in normal Markdown and on Google Colab, but the formatting gets messy when rendered by nbsphinx.

I'm trying to resolve a problem where RTD isn't finding the `hack` package.
Formerly it was expected to fail, but now it passes.
I removed some PlasmaPy-specific stuff.
