0.51, hashing service and gen2 pokemons support

Added support for Bosslands hash service (https://hashing.pogodev.org ), therefore for 0.51 api and gen2 pokemons.

My first PR here.. :-)

Test fails because of #5830 , but with pokemon.json from the commit, the issue doesn't appear.
