New Sign-In method

Old

  1. Enter username, password, and captcha
  2. Requests to authorize.kobo.com and parse response to get UserAuthenticated url

New

  1. Go to https://authorize.kobo.com (with parameters for device id) and sign in
  2. Enter UserAuthenticated url
