Since it only worked with Kotlin 1.8 or later, the merge of this PR was temporarily postponed. |
Either is fine, but since the current code style was without trailing_comma.

The update to 4.0.0 was difficult to handle due to the amount of changes, so the update was made to 3.16.0.
