Update resource gallery

Update resource gallery as requested in #366. Closes #366.

@erogluorhan have you checked out this PR? Looks like the yaml is being incorrectly written as a single string entry.

Oh yes, I had noticed this when this PR was auto-generated after I fixed the update-resource-gallery.yaml before the new year, but I couldn't have a look into fixing this newer thing.

I suppose the update-resource-gallery.yaml never successfully ran in the whole past, so we never had such an ill-written string issue with auto-PRs, right?

Go ahead if you have any ideas on how to fix this. (May be we can correct this PR's entry to get it merged ASAP but fix this problem through a new issue we'd create?)

Hi @cassienickles sorry for the delay on adding your resource! Our automations create an ill-formateed entry for the submitted resource additions; I've just fixed it, and we can hopefully get this merged soon
