This version (1.8.5) is the last release compatible with blender 4.2 and below.

For blender 4.2, this release is already available on the extension platform : https://extensions.blender.org/add-ons/grease-pencil-tools/

In the next version, the Grease pencil API will change. As of 4.3 (upgrade from GPv2 to GPv3)
