Most of our pre-commit hooks are not mirroring anything but are standalone hooks. Calling them "mirrors" is a bit confusing. Also
pre-commit hook of {{ tool }} with conda as a languageonly makes sense, if you know thatlanguagerefers to the pre-commit hook config field.
