- Libs now get properly filtered for tags specified in the libs command
- Added py as a python alias because I saw some people trying '!libs py' first
- Botty no longer adds a duplicate link to a library's repo if one is already included
- Changed shared-settings.json so that Botty no longer shows libs that don't have the v4 tag in the lol channel
- Added channel topics for val and rso
- Changed it so all specified tags are required instead of any specified tag. This way it makes sense that you can pass multiple tags to the libs command
- I noticed that a request to the GitHub API doesn't include authentication and fixed it
