Death benefit and life contingent annuity working

The goal of this package is to simulate life contingent benefit payments. Currently the package has the ability to:

1. Simulate the present value of death benefits for full life, term, and deferred term insurance.
2. Simulate the present value for full life, term, and deferred term life contingent annuity payments.
