Update blocks.json

Blocks.json in 1.5 weren't merged correctly for the new names on stone_block_slabs. The new entries had been added at the end using the "stone" texture, and not the stone_slab texture, which held different variant IDs.

I have made this change locally, and the textures are now setting correctly

I know what you are saying, I was getting error and elected for something close enough by making them. All stone, but I am happy to take a look at the pr.
