Noted the method doesn't replicate through the server-client boundary #837

Changes

Upon working in Roblox Studio it has come to my attention that using humanoid:SetStateEnabled() on client or server doesn't replicate to the other. I confirmed that by testing it in studio and reviewing different unanswered forum posts.

Here's an unanswered post from the Documentation Issues category:
