Your Rocket.Chat version: 0.24
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in as a user-A and go to My Account -> Change avatar
  2. Upload an avatar from computer, and log out
  3. Log in as admin and go to Administration -> User
  4. Delete user-A
  5. Add new user which username is same as user-A by admin or registration request.
  6. Log in as a user-A
