Sound and desktop notification for private rooms #920

Why there is no notifications for private rooms ? I am using rocket chat for my team communication and we have big problem with that, cause none see that there is new message in private rooms.

Any thoughts ?

We shall have a user setting per room to allow one to setup notification.
