Adjust process logic to new Provisioning service endpoint #79

switch the current implementation of the process to use the new div provisioning endpoint to create the wallet including all needed data.

The process needs to be adjusted to check the successful wallet creation afterwards and receive the information needed for the portal callback.

This issue should include the cleanup of the current process steps that are not needed anymore.
