Jess will investigate how to complete Step 8 from fall biannual instructions: create dendro_trees.csv. Jess could you remind me which script this was?

@rudeboybert replace_dead_trees_dendrobands.R
At line 299 the instructions begin for updating dendro_trees.csv and dendroID.csv. I think at this point updating the dendroID.csv manually may still be easiest, but I'll create a new branch and test the code with the replacement band file I have from last year.
