Completed 2020 master csv

Hey @teixeirak, this adds the 2020.07 thru 2020.15 intraannual and the 2020 fall biannual surveys to the master data/scbi.dendroAll_2020.csv file. I merged the individual resources/data_entry_forms/2020/data_entry_XXX.csv files to the master .csv using these two scripts of Ian's:

• intraannual_survey.R line 141
• biannual_survey.R line 288

Note this did require changing some of Cam's original raw data_entry_XXX.csvfiles because

• month was coded as a character rather than a numerical in several cases
• For about 10 rows of data the RE code was in the wrong column: either in the measure or notes column
• The data_entry_biannual_spr2020.csv had the wrong surveyID. I changed it from 2020.16 to 2020.01

I haven't done a thorough review of the files, but have reviewed the list of changes made, and all looks good.
