Follow-up task from #415.

A Sphinx build warning like this:

.../dlite/pydoc/autoapi/dlite/factory/index.rst:187: WARNING: more than one target found for cross-reference 'Storage': dlite.dlite.Storage, dlite.Storage

Seems related to sphinx-doc/sphinx#4961.
Perhaps look into whether sphinx-resolve-py-references will "fix" some of these issues.
