HPC for SLES15 has a different set of repos then base SLES. Create a new list for HPC images to test against.

HPC for SLES15 has a different set of repos then base SLES. Create a new list for HPC images to test against.
This is not the ideal fix as that would be changing the tests to check products rather than repos. But this is sufficient get the HPC tests for SLE15 running properly.
