cover page slide is vertically offset in chrome #5

So, this is similar to #3, but when I test in chrome, the cover-page slide is vertically offset so that the top of the slide is outside the screen at the top (both in windowed and fullscreen mode).

This is in Google Chrome on openSUSE Tumbleweed.

chrome version: google-chrome-beta-50.0.2661.75-1.x86_64

Haven't been able to figure out why.

Update CSS so that keyboard shortcuts are properly legible when
pressing "?" (question mark character).

Fixes #5.

@aspiers: any idea? This seems to be chrome specific, since it works fine for me in Firefox

I think remember looking into this, but can't remember any conclusion. The Chrome Inspector will help for sure, though.
