Add waiter screen after user selects a dcc. Waiter should cover the duration it takes to generate the dashboard config, get the data flow status manifest, and render the manifest in the dashboard.
To get the waiter screen to load/hide when I wanted it to I had to switch to using reactiveVals to store some values and observeEvents/observe to update these values.
Administrator section has been left incomplete because this will be refactored in upcoming ticket for multi tenant release.
