andksnackbar

is an Android library for creating highly customisable Snackbars which persist among Activity changes.

Features

• Provides possibility for managing single/multiple Snackbars depending on SnackbarManager's init method.
• Provides possibility to change Snackbar's gravity (TOP/BOTTOM) depending on SnackbarManager's init method.
• Provides SnackbarView Builders with many customisable attributes (DefaultSnackbarView.Builder , ActionSnackbarView.Builder).
• You can create your own snackbar views by extending SnackbarView class and overriding its methods.

Implementation

1. Add it in your root build.gradle at the end of repositories:

   allprojects {
      repositories {
      	...
      	maven { url 'https://jitpack.io' }
      }
   }
   

2. Add gradle dependency

   compile 'com.github.Kaufland:andksnackbar:1.0.7'
   

3. Configure SnackbarManager in your Application's onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) method

   SnackbarManager.init(SnackbarConfiguration.configure(new SnackbarConfiguration.Builder()
                  .gravity(SnackbarConfiguration.Gravity.GRAVITY_TOP)
                  .type(SnackbarConfiguration.SnackbarType.SINGLE_SNACKBAR)));     

4. Create Snackbars whenever you need them

    SnackbarManager.showSnackbar(new ActionSnackbarView.Builder()
                       .withBackgroundColor(R.color.colorRed)
                       .withTitle("Example title")
                       .withTitleColor(R.color.colorWhite)
                       .withBoldTitleStyle()
                       .withTitleTextSize(16)
                       .withMessage("Example message")
                       .withMessageColor(R.color.colorWhite)
                       .withBoldMessageStyle()
                       .withMessageTextSize(10)
                       .withActionDrawable(R.mipmap.ic_launcher)
                       .withActionListener(new ActionListener() {

5. If you want to persist snackbars through Activity changes call SnackbarManager.rebindContext(this) in your Activities' onStart() method.
