Adds the Zen Browser version optimized for x86_64-v3 cpus.
Zen Browser is an open-source, privacy-focused web browser with a focus on speed and user experience.
There are two Zen windows builds: a generic one and one optimized for x86-64-v3.
The optimized version leverages AVX2 and should provide a nice speedup for compatibile cpus.
This is based on this PR on the Extras bucket, which only provides the generic build.
