Linting run through various things. Mostly markdownlint.

Also updated the list of modules and supported sites in the readme.

@Serene-Arc I also noticed while going through this stuff the AUR packages seem to be out of date. I'm not sure if that's something that's supposed to be updated automatically or something that needs to manually be done. Just thought I would mention it. As I don't use them I'm not sure if it's something that can be set up to update with releases or not.

Options not available to download, only archive.

The AUR packages are my responsibility (as you can probably tell from the page) but I have to keep them updated manually and I keep forgetting. Thanks for reminding me.

They can be updated automatically but not by me and not for this project. This isn't my repository; it's Ali's and I don't have the authority/ability to manage secrets for the repository. Considering updating the AUR requires my private key, that's a big problem.

Also update bats to 1.8.2 and bats-assets to 2.1.0. No changes to the tests, all still passing.

@OMEGARAZER can you resolve the conflicts in this PR? The pipx PR seems to have made some. I'll merge once they're done.
