Make a working package.swift.

This needed some manual edits after running cargo build

Moved the generated files into folders for the libem_proxy header only module
added #include "SwiftBridgeCore.h" to em_proxy.h
Added @import Foundation and @import lib_emproxy to the .swift files

I'm assuming this can be automated in the cargo build I just don't really have those skills at the moment.
