新增测试通知的模块
支持运行，检测通知渠道是否配置正确
python main.py --include TESTNOTICE应该不会影响正常签到
其他地方未做逻辑性修改
新增功能不会影响到原有代码的正常运行，
其他地方未做更改。希望这些功能对项目有帮助。
