Description

Painfully rebased this JUnit fix from #5219 for dev/patch

  • I added a package com.skriptlang.skript.test.registration which contains syntaxes that are only registered for the test system, I don't believe they should be in the Skript main package unless they're designed for the test system.
  • Fixed an issue where the JUnit system would not clear the previous test class from the TestTracker when it requires a completed task.
  • Allowed JUnit classes to register syntaxes after initialization.
  • Removed SkriptLogger.setVerbosity(Verbosity.DEBUG); from Skript.class as there is a parameter for it now from gradle task.

I was originally having moved these classes outside of the test runner, but only JUnit syntaxes should be in the test packages src/test so this is to be reverted. But CondMinecraftVersion in my opinion should be general access and not just the test runner.
