Just for anyone who sees this: waiting for #6834 to be merged, as there are a bunch of changes to EffEquip in that PR. I'll make the changes for this PR and reopen when that happens, so it can be included in a patch release. |

This PR changes some method calls with horses, and allows wolves to be equipped with wolf armor in recent versions.
