Map with prop_dynamic_override does not respect the scale (sometimes?)
Make a prop_dynamic_override and set the scale, strata games seem to not respect this value, but only on some props.
Tested in CS:S vs Momentum 0.10 branch

The only thing I can really notice so far is that the model has various LOD levels, and in Momentum it is rendering the best LOD only.
