🤩 Features description [Please make everyone to understand it]

目前的SwanLog类存在一些奇怪的bug，我们期望在未来的某个版本重构它

👍 What problem does this feature solve

  • 类实例将在引入swanlab包的时候自动实例化，这意味着在包的任意位置都可以使用它
  • 提供一些新的api，包括一些终端动画
  • 解决各种奇怪的bug，包括 [BUG] tqdm进度条打乱日志排版 #421
  • 更好的console日志写入方式，抛弃原本写入日志文件时的行号
  • 动态的适配文件日志写入，以及为swanlab主体提供一些重要配置的更改方式
